First meeting remark

Hey, welcome back from the dead. I was
wondering why you weren't around when I
showed up. Is everybody else dead? I
thought so.

I think everybody's dead. You're the last
hope. You've got to find the bomb and
detonate it.

I hid the bomb inside one of those exploding
pods directly south of here, right before I
died. Somehow it just enveloped it, without
blowing up.

I think the pods are triggered by heat, which
is why the bomb- or the monsters for that
matter- don't set them off.

Spiders. They're everywhere. Can't stand
'em.

use that power even when they can't see
you, so watch out.

I don't have a beacon. I got cut off from the
rest of the group two levels ago, and they

Street (or) Fighter

Man, I'll never get to play Street Fighter
again. But Jason always beat me after I got
that big bruise on my brain, so I guess it's
no big loss.

Additional Notes

Without prior knowledge it's unlikely that you would have asked Greg about "Ninjas" or "Street Fighter". In a comp.sys.mac.games post in Feb '94, Jason Jones told people about the "Street Fighter" trigger.

Greg's first meeting remark appears odd:

The line "I was wondering why you weren't around when I showed up" doesn't seem to make sense. Perhaps he is referring to the afterlife. When Greg died he expected to see you since he believes you died in the fall. But then he goes on to say "Is everybody else dead?". So wherever Greg is... he's on his own. Too bad. :-(

Greg will not respond to the names Jason, Sean, or Darren.

There is no second meeting remark associated with Greg.
